Several recent articles in The Washington PostGazette and Baltimore Sun have stated that Governor Martin O’Malley is still considering whether or not he will lead the push for death penalty repeal when the legislative session starts in January, and an editorial this week in the Baltimore Sun calls on him to lead the charge and get the job done:
